la CNIL c’est des branleurs. C’est sûr, les idées “big brother” etc c’est pas rigolo, mais la CNIL à toujours pris une certaine attitude hautaine qui, il faut le dire, n’est pas exactement justifiée.
Un tel arbitrage va contre l’esprit du net. Je pense que si cette accumulation d’informations se faisait uniquement sur papier (improbable, mais poursuivons) la CNIL s’en foutrait royalement. C’est pas que la CNIL s’intéresse à ce qui est aux yeux de certains une intrusion de la vie privée, c’est que ce soit fait par un logiciel qui est utilisé sans qu’elle soit au courant. Pauvre petite CNIL, quand est ce que tu comprendras que tout le monde s’en fiche?
Aussi, j’ai du mal à voir pourquoi c’est si scandaleux qu’il y ait un fichier où est marqué ta préférence sexuelle (ou autre).
prenons l’exemple de l’homosexualité puisque c’est le sujet évoqué par le site, ils sont bien heureux de participer dans la gay-pride et dans d’autres événements dont le but est de promouvoir l’acceptation de l’homosexualité, mais apparemment si quelqu’un prend note des participants c’est un affront des libertés.
Je pense que le principe ici, c’est que si tu ne veux pas qu’on accumule des infos sur toi, alors n’en donne pas.

Ce que tu dis, C’est comme accepté que les juifs portent des croix sur leurs vêtements durant l’occupation nazi, c’est sur ils étaient juifs, mais de là a accepté ce genre de dérives.

Ah non! c’est tout à fait différent. l’étoile sur les juifs, c’était pour instiguer une ségrégation au niveau de la population.
Le fait que les juifs devaient porter l’étoile en public et puis que le Reich les plaçaient comme bouc-émissaires, ce n’était bien sûr pas une coincidence. Si la population avait un “ennemi” bien visible, elle se plierait plus facilement sous le Reich car le Reich présentait la solution au problème qu’elle avait créé.
Là, on ne parle pas du fait d’être obligé de porter un quelconque signe ou symbole, et les informations stockées ne sont pas publiques. Le stockage d’informations n’est pas en lui seul une forme de restriction des libertés.
De plus, je vais me répéter, les informations stockées doivent bien venir de quelque part. Lorsque le gouvernement te demande si tu es hétéro ou homo, et que tu donnes la réponse… beh, tu espérais quoi? Qu’ils ne l’enregistrent pas quelque part?
J’admets volontiers que quelqu’un pourrait abuser de ces informations, mais ne confonds pas l’utilisation de l’information et l’information elle même.

Je n’ai pas dit qu’ils ne s’en serviraient pas. Avec ces informations ils peuvent faire ce qu’ils veulent, que ce soit bien ou mal. La moralité des conséquences est basé sur l’utilisation, non pas le stockage, et elle n’est pas obligée d’être négative.

je ne peux qu’aller dans ton sens quand tu dis que les données sont ni bonne ni mauvaise, c’est normal, elles sont immatérielles, c’est ce que l’on va en faire qui va tout changer. Néanmoins n’existe t-il pas en droit un principe de préméditation?
On peut quand même imaginer qui si elles sont stockés c’est pour en faire quelque chose; et la seule idée que l’on puisse avoir besoin de savoir si quelqu’un est gay, travesti etc., cela veut dire que l’on catégorise les gens de part leur vies privées, c’est immoral de mon point de vue.
